CON Public Notice - Intent to File Certificate of Need Application

KindKin Care LLC hereby provides public notice, in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes §19a-638 and the Office of Health Strategy (OHS) regulations, of its intent to file a Certificate of Need (CON) application.

KindKin Care LLC intends to establish one Mental Health Residential Living Facility for adults to be located within Hartford or New Haven County, Connecticut, with the final site to be identified and submitted to OHS prior to licensure. The proposed facility will provide supportive housing, structured services, and care coordination for individuals living with mental health needs and will operate in accordance with Department of Public Health and DMHAS-related requirements.

The CON application is expected to be filed on or after February 01, 2026.
